SMS Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the manager-only SMS program operated by Jones Road Holdings for Jones Road RV Park.
Program description
Authorized park managers may receive operational alerts concerning overdue rent and account balances. This program is not intended for guests or for marketing messages.
Consent and eligibility
Participation is limited to authorized managers who expressly opt in by texting JOIN to +1 866-968-5529 after reviewing the program disclosures. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, purchase, or service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Alerts may be sent when an account becomes more than 10 days overdue and at least weekly while overdue accounts remain. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping or getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After opting out of this US toll-free program, text START or UNSTOP to the same number if you later wish to resume messages.
Operational limitations
Messages are informational management tools and may not reflect changes that have not yet reached the reporting system. Managers should verify account details in MaxMeters or the park's authoritative property-management records before taking action.
